To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. The Athena Lashes products need to be in excellent condition and in their original packaging before to send it back.
  2. Email us photos of your product(s) and the reason why you want to send it back. Please email to us at with your order number, and we will review your application.
  3. All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your Athena Lashes
  4. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  5. If approved, we will refund you the Athena Lashes purchase price (at the time of order), once the Athena Lashes has been returned to our warehouse.
  6. Shipping-cost are not refundable.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the Athena Lashes back to us (once approved by our support team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Once you have followed the steps and we approved your application, we will send you the return address.

We advise to return the products via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your financial institution.
